The event was judged by artist Tristan Eaton (who recently completed the giant five story "Liberty" on Mulberry St.) and Jay Edlin (Terro161 aka J.SON), author of Street Art 365 (a classic must-have, historic graffiti, street art book by the way.) Team Mishka (with the monsters) won, but really both were "winners," as they were well executed collaborative pieces completed within only 90 minutes. Have a look at the event as it unfolded....
Wait! Don't forget to go across the street to see Eaton's traffic stopping mural, then walk up the block to another gorgeous, colorful Audrey Hepburn. Others involved with the murals / LISA Project on Mulberry include another by Meres and Spud, ASVP, Veng & ChrisRWK, Gilf! and ND'A.
