KIDLEW Kills It At Sacred Gallery With "Haloz Wuz Here" Exhibit!

It was not a bad thing that Kidlew's "Haloz Wuz Here" was postponded one week due to super snowstorm "Nemo."  Although the blizzard conditions made us wait an extra week, it gave Kidlew time to do something wonderful, he created 100 signed prints for the first lucky 100 in the doors!   Curated by Kevin Wilson, the place to be this past Friday night was Sacred Gallery, 424 Broadway, (2nd Fl.), between Canal & Howard.   The show runs through February 28, 2013, or maybe even a  bit longer due to Mr. Nemo.

Upon walking in you will see, as you will below, a crisp, prime gallery setting with finely detailed, street art/graffiti with a distinct message.   The works are more eloquently described by Sacred Gallery as such: "'HALOZ WUZ HERE' is a unique collection work works expanding on the idea that everything and everyone has both good and evil.  Playing with the juxtaposition of singular and multiple images, using the same sized canvases, the show is a study on how these characters dispositions change to the viewers perspective. "
I was drawn to the message which made me examine pieces longer than usual.  Have a look below and make sure you head over to the gallery and see the greatness for yourself.  Meanwhile, have a look below....
