Bergdorf Goodman Windows: Reed Krakoff's' "Women In Art," In The Making...

"Women In Art: Figures Of Influence" by Reed Krakoff won't be available for purchase until July 9, 2013 but you can see what all the excitement is about now by visiting the windows at Bergdorf Goodman.  I was shooting the Punk: Chaos To Couture, (post tomorrow), a couple weeks ago, awaiting the sunset and dodging the tourists, when I met two women who are part of the creative forces behind the window design team.  You can see them getting ready for the full presentation below, paint rolls and all - which only adds to the photo.   

Stop by the windows on Fifth Ave. & 59th Street, (side/facing Central Park), for the finished product in preparation for the release of the book.  Reed Krakoff was the former head of Coach, who left to launch his own brand which boasts the chicest of the chic women's ready to wear and couture - and the book looks like a collectors gem as well.
